The Commanders are a strong play-against team based on their re-tread coach and rookie QB. Re-tread coaches as favourites cover at just 32.6% while rookie QBs against a division foes covers at just 40.9%.

Week 2 teams off a double digit loss are 47-28-3 ATS the last 12 seasons, putting Carolina in play. The Jets are 7-20 ATS when favoured. Detroit are a lay against Tampa Bay when favourites playing their second straight home game in Week 2 are 5-16 ATS. Sean McVay is 12-2-1 ATS against Arizona.
