The final week of the NFL season is upon us and with plenty to play for including playoff spots, seeding, draft picks and personal incentives, there are plenty of angles at play.

There are plenty of angles in Week 18 and with the Chiefs resting all their starters, it leads us to the Broncos and with a huge degree of confidence. In division rematches when the line has changed by more than 17 points (nearly always because of starters missing) then the team that the line has moved in favour of is 37-1 straight up and 27-11 against the spread. It is also worth noting that Sean Payton is 19-5 ATS off a road loss. Very, very, very keen on Denver here.

It is nearly always a strong angle to bet teams getting big starts while on a big losing streak and it certainly is at the backend of an NFL season. Double digit road underdogs off losing five straight games cover at an obscene 65.8% since 2006. There will be nothing enjoyable about watching the Bears but with the 10.5 points they can be backed.

Sean McDermott is 15-3 ATS when favoured by a field goal or less while the Pats have been covering at just 36% as an underdog. Indianapolis are 32-11 ATS off a double digit loss. Washington covers at 69% off a win and won’t be surprised by Dallas again.
