Betting against the Lions is a dangerous proposition – and we were burnt badly last week – but this is a great spot to be with the Colts and against Detroit. The Colts have covered 13 of 15 as as underdog of at least six points while Anthony Richardson is 6-2 ATS as an underdog when starting. Home underdogs of seven or more cover at 61%. Favourites of four or more off a win of 35-plus are 23-37 ATS since 2003. This is a very good play.

The Dolphins have dominated the Patriots in recent times and there is no reason to think that will change given the state of the two teams. Miami have covered eight straight against New England, winning each. The one thing about the Dolphins is that they tend to beat up on bad team. Tua is 11-4 ATS when favoured while the Dolphins are 18-11 ATS against sub .500 teams.

Tampa Bay are in a good spot with road favourites off a bye covering at 59%. Seattle are in a good spot with teams off a road win playing a divisional opponent covering at 60%.
