The Bills are set to start as underdogs in a home playoff game for the first time in franchise history when the Ravens come to town with a place in the AFC Championship Game on the line.
Best Bet
The over screams out here with these teams having put together two of the best offensive seasons in NFL history.
Josh Allen and Buffalo’s offence have simply been incredible at home this season. They have scored at least 30 points in every home game this year bar one.
While Allen has naturally been the headline act, the Bills have got a much better ground game this year and this balance of run and passing has been near impossible for teams to counter at times. Buffalo are 14-4 to the over on their team totals this year, including 8-1 at home.
While the Ravens defence has been impressive down the stretch, the reality is that in the last five games they haven’t played a good offence since the Eagles in Week 13 – a game they lost.
Similarly, it’s hard to see the Bills slowing down the juggernaut that is the Ravens offence. The loss of Zay Flowers will hurt, but the Ravens can rely on their dynamic ground game as well as better passing options than they are given credit for.
Expect to see Baltimore in a lot of heavy sets with Isaiah Likely and Mark Andrews seeing plenty of targets.
Both teams are more than capable of putting up the points to get the total over in this one.
Same Game Multi
It’s a playoff game so there should be plenty of involvement in the run game from both quarterbacks with so much at stake.
Isaiah Likely should see more involvement in the pass game this week in the absence of Flowers.
Value Bet
Derrick Henry has a double in six games this season including the last two. Expect the Ravens to do plenty of scoring which will mean their star running back is involved.
