NFL Tips – Rams @ Eagles – Divisional Round 2025

Two of the perennial powers in the NFC meet at Lincoln Financial Field with a place in the Conference Championship game on the line.

Best Bet

Philadelphia -6.5
Line

The Rams were already up against it, but with this same set to be played in snowy conditions it shapes as a near impossible task for the away team.

Give credit to the Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay. His team are playing much better than when they lost 37-20 to the Eagles back in Week 12, but it’s hard to ignore the fact that Saquon Barkley and company rushed for more than 300 yards in that game.

The Eagles are actually coming off a relatively poor offensive showing against the Packers, but their defence – the number one unit against the pass in the league – only allowed 10 points and 195 passing yards to Jordan Love and the Packers.

Since the Atlanta Falcons came to town in Week 3, Love’s 195 are the most yards that the outstanding Eagles pass defence has allowed at home.

They made a mess of Rams QB Matthew Stafford on the road in Week 12, sacking him on five occasions as LA went 0 for 8 on third down.

The Eagles have hosted three home playoff games in the Jalen Hurts era, winning and covering the line in all three, by an average of more than 16 points per game.

With a huge weather advantage, Philly should be much too good.

Same Game Multi

S. Barkley 100+ Rushing Yards, P. Nacua 80+ Receiving Yards, Jalen Hurts Rushing TD

The Eagles offensive performance was somewhat lacking last week but despite that, Saquon still had 119 rushing yards. He shouldn’t get to the 243 he had when these teams last met but he should feast still.

Puka Nacua was the lone bright spot in the Rams offence when these teams last met, going for 117 yards on nine catches.

Jalen Hurts has a rushing TD in 10 of 16 games this year.

Value Bet

Jalen Hurts
First Touchdown

Hurts is near unstoppable in short yardage situations so if the Eagles get to the 1 or 2 yard line, this should be money.
