Both teams are having seasons to forget, but laying less than a field goal the home side looks a good bet.
Best Bet
Since the dismissal of head coach Frank Reich, the Colts have shown signs of life. They immediately came out and beat the Las Vegas Raiders, then pushed the Eagles to a 1 point loss last week.
Matt Ryan is providing a competent level of play at the quarterback position since being returned under centre, which is more than the Steelers are getting out of rookie Kenny Pickett.
Pickett has passed for just three touchdowns and eight interceptions this season. While he is not being helped by a basic offensive scheme, the results speak for themselves.
The Steelers have been particularly poor on the road this season. They have lost their last four away games by 12, 35, 6 and 22 points.
While they have been better defensively with the return of TJ Watt, the Colts should be able to get the ball out quickly enough to at least blunt his impact.
If the Colts can do this, and run the ball effectively with Jonathan Taylor, they should be able to bring up another win.
Same Game Multi
The Steelers have struggled against WR2 this season, giving up 62.3 yards per game per Football Outsiders. Parris Campbell fulfills that role for the Colts, and should be in for a good game here.
Value Bet
Rookie receiver George Pickens has been playing well in an otherwise disappointing Steelers offence and has touchdowns – two receiving, one rushing – in three of his last four games.
