Baker Mayfield carried the Rams to a fairytale win last week and they looks a nice bet to do so again.
Best Bet
Who knows how the Baker Mayfield era of Rams football will end, but for now take the momentum and the Rams with the points.
Mayfield led the Rams back from 14 points down last week against the Raiders having joined the team two days prior, following his release from the Panthers.
At the very least, the former number one overall draft pick should have a better grasp of the playbook this week, and with Sean McVay coaching him, he will get every chance to maximise his talents.
The Rams go in to play a Packers side that have been grossly disappointing this season. The offence hasn’t clicked without Davante Adams, and the defence has conceded 400 or more yards in their last four games.
LA could be the most banged up side in all of football, with original quarterback Matthew Stafford, backup QB John Wolford, top receiver Cooper Kupp and future hall of fame defensive lineman Aaron Donald all on the sidelines, as well as a plethora of offensive linemen.
However, against a Packers side that is an horrific 2-6 against the number as favourites this season, backing in a bit more Baker magic makes sense.
Same Game Multi
Cam Akers has had an up and down season, but with three touchdowns in his last two games he appears to be taking over as the leading rusher once again for the Rams.
Packers rookie receiver Christian Watson has come on nicely in the second half of the season and has scores in his last four games.
Value Bet
Both of these teams are bad. An upset certainly wouldn’t surprise here and the odds on offer are highly inviting.
