The 10.5 points for the Browns are just too tempting.
No one is under the illusion that the Browns will be a playoff team, but they certainly had their moments against the favoured Bengals last week.
They kept Joe Burrow and company to 141 total yards, but two turnovers and a 36 yard missed field goal from Andre Szmyt in the second half allowed Cincinnati to get the win.
Baltimore, on the other hand, somehow lost to the Bills despite leading 34-19 in the fourth quarter.
The Ravens are only the 18th team since 1999 to be a double-digit favorite in Week 2 after losing their Week 1 game outright. Historically, teams in this situation have struggled to cover the spread, with a record of 5-12.
The Browns did cause an upset outright in Week 5 last year when the Ravens were 9 point favourites and while that was at home, this should be a hard fought contest between two bitter division rivals.
The Browns are the play here.

The Browns running game looked anaemic in Week 1 as Flacco passed 45 teams. They won’t find things much easier against the Ravens, so expect Joe Flacco to be dropping back early and often.
Cleveland did a great job stopping Cincinnati’s running game in Week 1, don’t expect them to have as much success against Derrick Henry, but we should still see Lamar involved on the ground here.
Value Bet
Rookie tight end Fannin produced huge numbers in college and Kevin Stefanski didn’t waste time integrating him into the Browns passing attack, with 9 targets and 7 catches in Week 1. The Ravens allowed a touchdown to Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid last week.
