The upcoming season will prove very different for the Bengals and the Browns but a shock in Week 1 looks to be on the cards.

We are very high on Cincinnati this year, believing they can surpass Baltimore to regain the AFC North crown, and we are as low as can be on a Cleveland side that that could prove the worst in the NFL. But in Week 1, these teams will not be this close again this season and as a big home underdog, the Browns are one of the best bets of Week 1.
Week 1 division home underdogs are a remarkable 18-4 against the spread since 2012, always undervalued by the market as bettors look to side with the teams they expect to be better long-term.
Underdogs of under a touchdown also cover at 60% in Week 1 so we have a couple of big situational ticks.
Cincinatti have been terribly slow starters too with Joe Burrow a poor 3-7 against the spread in Weeks 1-2.
Joe Flacco is far from a star but does give Cleveland a chance here against a defence that needs to improve significantly this year.
Same Game Multi
Jerry Jeudy pulled in three touchdowns in his last eight games and stands out as Cleveland’s featured receiver with a huge volume on offer.
Joe Burrow loves to take an oppotunity to use his legs and topped this number in six of his last nine games.
Tee Higgins has topped 65 yards in seven of his last 10 showings.
Value Bet
Jerry Jeudy was virtually the only receiver to accumulate any volume or interest from the array of quarterbacks used by the Browns last year with 10-plus targets in six of his last nine games. He turned that into at least six catches in seven of his last nine game with three of his last five games seeing him haul in nine or more catches.
