The Lions have enough credits in the bank to be backed to bounce back here, as disappointing as they were in Week 1.

Detroit have legitimate questions to answer, not least because the man who co-ordinated last year’s league leading offence, Ben Johnson, is now the head coach of the Bears.

Jared Goff and head coach Dan Campbell have been incredible at bouncing back from a loss though. They have won and covered in their last ten straight off a defeat.

While it’s tricky to know what to make of Chicago – do you assess them off the first three quarters against the Vikings, where they controlled the game, or the last quarter collapse – their road form has long been awful. They are just 4-21 on the road since 2022.

Conversely, you nearly always see the best of Jared Goff under a dome. Since 2019 the Lions QB is 41-18-1 ATS in indoor games. Lions head coach Dan Campbell is 35-16 against the line since the start of 2021.

The Bears were vulnerable to Aaron Jones catching balls out of the backfield last week, so expect Jahmyr Gibbs to build on his ten receptions from last week.

Caleb Williams is a very capable scrambler and should be able to hit this number again.
