He only played twenty-three minutes on average against Perth and averaged 14.5PRA in those games. During the regular season, we saw Cooks dominate Adelaide once with 27 points in thirty-seven minutes in an Ignite Cup game, but that was back in December. Since then, he played the 36ers twice and had a significant drop in numbers in both games.

A one-man wrecking crew, we saw the MVP live up to expectation against South East and play some unstoppable basketball.

He was playing at such an elite level, and the Phoenix ran out of answers. Sydney will have to run doubles at him and can’t afford Cotton to go off again. Delly will be licking his lips at the challenge of being the one that can stop Bryce Cotton. I see this as being the main matchup that will decide this series.

Averaging 10.6RA throughout the Phoenix series, we should see Bryce continue his unbelievable play. If Sydney can somehow stop his scoring impact, we should see Bryce forced to make more assists and impact the game in other ways.

Craig did just what you expect a 500+ game NBA veteran to do against Perth, he showed out. Perth would have scouted for Craig but nothing they tried was working. He was calm and chose when to attack, getting to the elbow and making a lot of uncontested jump shots. His ability to create space on the smaller defenders was telling and his experience shone through.

Playing starters minutes but coming off the bench won’t stop TC, and we should see him contribute greatly again, for the Kings. Adelaide will have a heavy focus on stopping Kendric Davis and Craig should benefit from one-on-one coverage.
