Much more aggressive from the get-go in game 3 and it was working for the first three quarters.
Cheatham was exposed in games 1 and 2 on offence, when Sydney was daring him to shoot. It wasn’t taking much more than a hesitation to make him second guess his shot and revert back to finding Cotton and his assortment of Sydney taggers for a “better” shot.
Sydney won’t be changing their game plan on Cotton. He will have a Sydney player inside his jersey all game. The 36ers need Cheatham to be attacking again and the 12 field goal attempts in game 3 is the pass mark.

A bounce back game is expected here after a poor performance in game 3. He shot poorly at 30% and didn’t make a shot from the far line.
Has been instrumental in providing a spark off the bench, scoring from the elbow range regularly. He has a great ability to get his defender on the back foot, before rising up and shooting uncontested mid ranges.
We saw in game 1 how damaging he can be if his outside shot is on, he shot 83% from deep and was Sydney’s lifeline on more than one occasion. Has probably looked the most settled out of anyone on the biggest stage, with NBA experience clear to all.
