Well, it’s the first time Jaren has cleared this line all season and his average is far below, at just 17.9PPG. He needed to get 14 free throws which helped boost his scoring, where he normally averages only 4 free throw attempts.

Still a few outs with most notably Ja Morant, which is probably why Jackson took an extra 10 field goal attempts last game. The Spurs won’t have Victor Wembanyama who is out due to a calf injury, but I think that should help Zach Edey more than Jackson Jnr.

The Lakers don’t mind getting into a shootout and with Luka and Reaves balling, they win more than they lose.

Utah is no longer the walkover they were last season and if they can keep this close, Lauri should see enough usage to clear this again.
