After a game where he had a falling out with coaching staff and discussed it in public through the media, Ja has maybe turned the corner as far as maturity is concerned. What I would expect to normally derail Morant, he has continued to show up and make efforts to find victories for his franchise.

His season average sits at 19.2PPG, but his shooting percentages are absolutely terrible. A career low 35.8% from the field and just 14.8% from deep, he is way too good to keep throwing up these numbers. We have seen many players find their form in Madison Square Garden and it is known to bring out the competitive beast in the league’s stars. Beware the form slump player when they face the Knicks in the Garden.

Nurkic is a big body centre, and rebounding is his bread and butter, he is showing an 8.9RPG average for the season but for the month of November its 10.2RPG. He has cleared this line twice since starting, with the other two games failing to clear 11. Interestingly both those games were against the Timberwolves and Rudy Gobert will have impacted those numbers.

Drawing the Pacers here, who are 1 – 9 and struggling to fill a side, Nurk could take advantage of the inexperienced Indiana frontcourt.
