A real test for the Aussie here, as San Antonio should welcome back Victor Wembanyama, whether he starts or has any restrictions is yet to be announced.

What we do know is that Jock has been brave filling in for Zach Edey, making the most of his opportunity at starting centre. 11.7 points and 7.5 rebounds over his last ten games and he cleared this rebounding line 70% of the time. Some may be sceptical with the big Frenchman returning but if anything, I see it limiting his points and he will be required to rebound.

Memphis are still completely depleted of healthy personnel, Morant is questionable but that won’t have an effect of Landale’s playing time. He clears this line with 25+ minutes.

Still no Austin Reaves for L.A and LaRavia is the main beneficiary. Rui Haichimura will remain out, so I expect to see the same minutes spread as the last few games.

Jake offers this team so much more than just spot up shooting or floor spacing and he has contributed well the last two games. We have seen him move to the starting line up for the last three games so I will break down his production for all three.

Averaging 18PPG, 6RPG and 2.3APG, he has grown more confident with each game. Earning the trust of his teammates and now showing the confidence to let it fly. 16 attempts last game, including 10 from deep and admitted he turned a few down in a post-game presser. Can clear this with points alone but take the RA for good measure.
