A few players returning from injury that I think won’t take long to return to form.

Best Bet
Cleveland Cavaliers @ L.A Lakers (1:40pm)
He missed nearly a month but in his first game back, looked like he hadn’t spent any time sidelined.
The 18 minutes playing time is low but other than injury management it could have been due to Cleveland’s 81-point first half. A thirty-five-point half time lead meant that Allen did not have to push any boundaries as he works his back from a knee injury.
He sat the Cavs win over Utah yesterday with injury management, which means he should be right to go in this one. The Lakers don’t have a reliable match up for Allen and he should be able to beat up on Ayton.
Next Best
Phoenix Suns @ Orlando Magic (10:10am)
Dillon is back and Phoenix will be as close to full strength as they have been for some time.
He should slot back into the power forward starting spot but monitor pregame for a minute’s restriction, as Brooks is coming back from a fractured hand. He has averaged 20.9PPG this season and although the majority was without Jalen Green, I can’t see him going without.
Brooks has proven himself as a scorer for the Suns this season and even with a minute’s restriction, he should be able to find 14.
Value Bet
Toronto Raptors @ Detroit Pistons (11:10am)
Without Immanuel Quickley, Scottie Barnes turns into Magic Johnson.
What a run for Scottie B, that’s four games in a row with double digit assists and an average of 12.25APG over that period. Just ridiculous numbers for a guy who is averaging 5.8APG for the season.
Detroit presents an interesting matchup, with their point guard duties being handled by Daniss Jenkins, whilst Cade Cunningham remains out. Jenkins will be too small to guard Barnes, and it might throw a spanner in the works for the Pistons coaching staff.
