Brook Lopez has a fairly strong record against Nikola Jokic across his career and appears great value to put up strong points numbers against the Nuggets.

He’s always been a great rebounder for his size and with how depleted the Knicks are on the injury front, Josh Hart will once again play bulk minutes.
In the last seven games Hart has played, all without Julius Randle, Hart has recorded 10+ rebounds in every game and with Isaiah Hartenstein questionable he will once again get a huge opportunity to make it eight straight games.
Hart and the Knicks faced Houston on January 17 with Randle, Hartenstein and Anunoby, and he pulled in 14 rebounds in 29 minutes, so there’s no concerns with the match-up here.

Assistant Brian Keefe took over the basket case Wizards around three weeks ago now, and with Daniel Gafford being traded it opened the door for Marvin Bagley to play big minutes at Centre – but returning from injury he played less than 15, with Keefe opting to go small with Deni Avdija in the five.
Bizarrely, Avdija’s minutes dropped when Keefe took over but his hand was forced once Gafford was traded resulting in Avdija posting 24 points and 11 rebounds against Boston, followed by 21 points and 13 rebounds against the 76ers.
With Jordan Poole being an utter disaster, I think we could see a major change in direction at Washington going through Avdija a bit more. In the seven games without Gafford this season, Avdija averages 16.9 points and 8.1 rebounds – the 21.5 PR looks quite low here.

Brook Lopez missed a few games due to personal reasons surrounding his wife’s pregnancy, but the Milwaukee big man has now been back for a couple of games scoring 12 and 11 – the likely reason his line is set at 11.5 points.
But those two games were complete blowouts resulting in Lopez playing around 25 minutes per game. Prior to those missed games, Lopez was averaging around 35 minutes, scoring 15+ points in five of the seven before his three-game spell.
If this game against the Nuggets is not a blowout, expect Lopez’s minutes to jump right up and if he was around the line of 11.5 in just 25 minutes, we should see him around 15 points when exceeding 30+.
