Big 11 game slate on Thursday led by the battle in the East, with the Heat and Celtics both in reach of the #1 seed as we approach the playoffs.
Best Bet
Timberwolves @ Raptors (10:30am)
Pascal Siakam Over 23.5 Points ($1.81)
If the Raptors starting five all suit up, we will see Pascal Siakam playing the small-ball five against the Timberwolves which will provide him a huge opportunity for a big scoring night.
Siakam averages 27.5 points from his last 14 games, covering his points line of 23.5 in 10 of those games. The Cameroonian is coming off a 40-point performance against the Celtics which is no easy feat, and should find the Timberwolves defence much easier to score against.
Over the last three weeks, centres against Minnesota are scoring at 19% above average, so if Nick Nurse does have a fit roster to choose from expect to see Siakam going downhill against KAT. Expect Spicy P to cover his points line once again, and if he does start at centre the $3.30 for 30+ is a play.

Next Best
Heat @ Celtics (10:30am)
Marcus Smart Over 6.5 Assists ($2.00)
Smart is a key piece in this Boston Celtics line-up obviously from a defensive perspective, but he also provides them balance on the offensive end.
As Boston’s primary distributor over the last 14 games, Smart averages 7.4 assists per game and covering the 6.5 assist line in ten of those games.
Miami has been in all sorts lately winning just one of their last five games, and they’re conceding assist to point guards 12% above average over the last three weeks. Expect Smart to be the beneficiary of this, with the Boston Guard recording seven dimes the last time they played in January.

Kings @ Rockets (11:00am)
Damian Jones 15+ Points ($2.20)
Very much a journeyman of the NBA, Damian Jones has landed at Sacramento and with the Kings packing up shop with De’Aaron Fox, Domantas Sabonis and Richaun Holmes likely done for the season, Jones is receiving solid minutes at centre.
He certainly hasn’t set the world on fire, but Jones has recorded 15 points in 25 minutes in his last two games, and this match-up with the Rockets is the opportunity of a lifetime.
Over the last three weeks Houston concede points to centres 56% above average, clearly the worst in the NBA. With no Christian Wood and rookie Alperen Sengun foul prone, Jones should be able to score 15+ points simply from catching and finishing lobs, and crashing the offensive glass. 15+ points is the main play, but the $5.50 for 20+ points is worth a small bet.
