Aussie Josh Giddey has been dealt a cruel blow, with a hamstring injury set to derail his all-star calibre season. The Bulls will struggle without him, but others will need to step up.

Best Bet
New Orleans Pelicans @ Chicago Bulls (11:10am)
The Bulls copped a double dose of bad news after last game, with Coby White aggravating a calf and Josh Giddey appearing to do a string, later diagnosed as a strain, and he will miss a few weeks.
The door should open for Huerter and Dosunmu as they are next guys up, in the guard position but interestingly, we saw Chicago turn to Jalen Smith to play out the second half after the injuries.
Smith’s game time has increased to twenty-three minutes per game over the last three and his rebound average gets a boost to 8. Although the Bulls will spread the minutes across a few replacement players we should see ‘Sticks’ start and hopefully crash the glass.
Next Best
Portland Trail Blazers @ Oklahoma City Thunder (12:00pm)
The former Celtic has had a career marred with injury and has never looked pain free playing basketball. When he is moving well, he is one of the most exciting dunkers/shot blockers in the competition.
His game time is up to twenty minutes a night and in my opinion, that is where it will stay. Anymore then this and he starts to pay for it, the next week. The good news is, that’s more than enough time to clear this line.
‘Time Lord’ has averaged 7.4 points and 8.4 rebounds over the last ten games and failed to clear this PR line on one solitary occasion. This feels like a steal.
Value Bet
New York Knicks @ San Antonio Spurs (11:10am)
He has seen his minutes dented in recent games, only playing eighteen last game against New Orleans. The upside is, he still scored 14 points and showed how quickly he can pile the points on.
Jordan Clarkson and Tyler Kolek have had moments of being first off the bench and who Coach Brown will go with, seems to vary on any given night. The Knicks will have no Josh Hart or Mitch Robinson, who both can take starters minutes in this side.
McBride still averages 13.6PPG over his last ten games and his current role is to provide a spark off the New York bench. I expect him to continue in his ways and with a 44% three-point average over the season, he could hit 10+ quickly.
