KAT continues to post monster numbers for the Knicks and will look to produce another big game when New York head to Utah.
Best Bet
Denver Nuggets @ LA Lakers (2:40pm)
Performing at a ridiculous level, this actually seems a great price for Nikola Jokic to record another triple double.
The Serbian has now had seven triple doubles from 11 games this season, including his last five games.
The Lakers concede rebounds to centres 4% above average over the last month, and assists at 23% above average over the same period. The Joker loves playing against AD and LA, so think we’ll see him mark his eighth triple double of the season in the books.
SGM – Jokic 12+ Rebounds / Jokic Over 10.5 Assists / LeBron Over 9.5 Assists = $4.75
Next Best
New York Knicks @ Utah Jazz (9:10am)
His incredible season continues, and although there’s a blowout risk in this I still think we’ll see KAT cover this PR line.
Utah is a fairly poor defensive outfit, and they’re conceding points to centres 9% above average and rebounds at 11% above average over the last month.
The big man is averaging a PR of 42.9 from his last eight games, covering this line in six of them with one of his misses against Washington where he finished on 36 in just 24 minutes. Expect his dominance to continue.
SGM – KAT Over 26.5 Points / KAT 10+ Rebounds / Brunson 8+ Assists = $4.00
Value Bet
Detroit Pistons @ Orlando Magic (11:00am)
Coming off a 26-point game against the Hornets, I expect Harris’ usage in the Detroit offense to take a significant jump without Cade when they face Orlando.
Harris is averaging 21.6 points per 36 minutes with Cade off the floor this season – in comparison, with Cunningham on floor he’s just going at 15.3 points per 36.
Ivey is the obvious usage candidate here, but with the defensive back-court of Suggs and KCP hounding him, I think we’ll see majority of Detroit’s points coming from Harris in this.
SGM – Magic / Harris 15+ Points / Suggs Under 16.5 Points = $4.50
