This is probably my favourite overs bet of the lot. The Hawks were a 40 win team last season, that lost in the Play In Tournament. Jalen Johnson only played 56 games and if he is fully healthy, he will threaten All Star selection.

The Hawks had arguably one of the most successful offseasons in the league, moving the likes of Capela, Levert and Niang for Porzingis, Nickeil Alexander- Walker and Luke Kennard. If they mesh early, which a full preseason should allow, then they should hit the ground running. This team will be a problem on the defensive end and opposition guards will have nightmares.

The Heat made a huge move halfway through last season and shipped Jimmy Butler off to the Warriors. I wouldn’t be shocked if they start poorly this season that we don’t see Bam Adebayo meet the same fate.

Adding Norman Powell to Tyler Herro and Bam is a great start, plus Kelel Ware looks ready to explode, but I just don’t trust them to be better than last season. The East in definitely the weaker conference, but I would be shocked to see the same Miami squad both start and finish here this season.

A bit of value here, with Orlando Magic the favourite at $1.62. The Magic added Desmond Bane and will be top four in the Eastern standings.

I think the Hawks can be a 50+ win team as well and this could come down to just a couple of games either way. Trae Young has been waiting a long time for a side he can lead deep into the post season and his new front office have delivered. Dyson Daniels is now on everyone’s radar after his DPOY worthy season and if former #1 pick Risacher can take another step, this team can become formidable.
