The Pacers are so shorthanded right now that rookies are getting 30 minutes and they have had to sign three-time dunk champion Mac McClung just to get a guard on the floor.
They are forced to send everything through Pascal and his usage rating is through the roof. Other than a poor game in a 26-minute blow out loss, he has been up to the challenge. Looking just at his RA numbers, he has averaged 17.5RA when playing 27 minutes or over. If the Pacers are to compete with Atlanta, Siakam will need another big box score performance.

If you have watched any 76ers basketball this season, you would have seen the painstakingly slow process involving Embiid.
Heavy minutes restrictions, not playing back to backs and I think this is the new normal if they want any production out of the former MVP. He still looks like his knees are bothering him but its never affected his ability to score. The man can put points on the board like no other, often scoring double figures by quarter time.
He was horrible against Boston in their opener, but the rust looks to have disappeared. Averaging 22.5 over his last two games and his FG attempts nearly double since then. It’s the Celtics again here and they don’t have anyone at centre who can contain Embiid.
