On face value Darius Garland has failed to cover this line in his last three games, but due to the Cavs blowing teams out his minutes have been quite low in all three.

Averaging 23.6 points per game from his last 20, Garland’s per 36 minute numbers are really impressive over this period going at 27.5 per 36.

Garland has recorded 20+ points in his last 12 games where he’s played 30+ minutes, and with the Cavs facing the Knicks in this I expect the Cavs Point Guard to play quite a bit in this battle of the Eastern Conference heavyweights.

The Heat have been one of the worst teams in the NBA over the last month, and although they’ve removed the Jimmy Butler issues, what they’re producing on the court is very concerning.

Over the last month Miami is 4-8, with the fourth worst net rating in the NBA – in the same category as Chicago, New Orleans and Washington.

Toronto’s season record is far from good, but they are 7-6 over the last month and 15^th in the NBA for net rating over this period. With Quickley, Barrett and Barnes all playing on their home floor, they’re going to be dangerous as underdogs against this out of sorts Miami team.
