Stick with the Spurs when they play the Lakers even though it is their second night of a back-to-back in the City of Angels.
Best Bet
Spurs @ Lakers (1:40pm)
The Spurs need to avoid the pitfalls of an overnight stay in LA but if they do the seven-point line seems very generous.
San Antonio have covered six of eight on a back-to-back so they have historically been underrated in this spot. They have also covered 19 of 28 overall, seven of nine on the road against teams with a losing road record and 14 of 20 off allowing 100-plus.
The Lakers are a horrid 15-37 against the number off a win and have covered just two of nine against sub .400 teams.
San Antonio can be bet with confidence getting so many points.
Next Best
Warriors @ Rockets (11:10am)
Houston have not covered their last three at home all season and prepared to bet they will continue that ordinary record against a Warriors team who might finally be putting it all together.
The least talented team in the NBA has conceded 109-plus in six of their last eight, a big concern against a team that can score and score quickly like the Warriors. Golden State jabe scored 111-plus in four of their last five.
Houston are a very poor 27-58 against the spread at home and have covered just two of seven against teams with a losing record.
Double digit road faves are typically a strong contrarian bet in the NBA and they are in this spoty/.
Value Bet
Grizzlies @ Nets (11:10am)
It would take one game bettor to bet the Nets at such a short quote considering how wildly inconsistent they have been.
Memphis come off a good win in OKC against the Thunder when a 4.5-point underdog. The Grizzlies do their best against losing team with 19 covers in 28 against teams with a losing record.
Brooklyn have covered just 5 of 21 after allowing 100-plus so look to be in a spot they are overvalued.
