NBA Tips – Monday, January 29 NBA Picks & Multi

Betseeker’s expert tipsters have you covered for the best NBA tips and predictions for every game of the NBA season.

A Bulls big man is having a nice run on the offensive end and gets a nice look at the Blazers.

Best Bet

Memphis Grizzlies @ Indiana Pacers (7:40am)

Jaren Jackson Jr
Under 30.5 Points

Outrageous line for Jaren Jackson Jr which I’m still trying to get my head around. Yes I know there’s no Bane or Morant, but I just don’t think he’s that pure of a scorer.

JJJ averages 21.9 points from his last 20 games, scoring over 30.5 points in just two of those. Even in the seven games this season where JJJ has played without Morant and Bane, he’s averaging 28 points covering 30.5 just twice in that sample.

Teams do score big against the Pacers but this has tightened up over the last three weeks as Rick Carlisle promised – Indiana is conceding 119.6 points per game since January 7 which ranks them 20th, far from worst in the NBA. If you give JJJ a line in the high 20s fair enough, but 30.5 come on…

SGM – Jackson Under 30.5 Points / Turner Over 15.5 Points / Nembhard 6+ Assists = $4.50

Next Best

Chicago Bulls @ Portland Trail Blazers (1:10pm)

Nikola Vucevic
Over 17.5 Points

The big man is another Bull that benefits not having Zach LaVine and enters this contest with a hapless Portland covering 17.5 points in three of his last four games.

The Trail Blazers are a great matchup for opposing centres, who have been scoring 19% above average over the last three weeks. Vucevic hasn’t played Portland this season, but last season he scored 23 points in both meetings against them. He’s been in reasonable touch of late, so think we’ll see Vuc score in the low 20s in this.

SGM – Vucevic Over 17.5 Points / DeRozan Under 24.5 Points / White Over 4.5 Assists = $5.75

Value Bet

Phoenix Suns @ Orlando Magic (10:10am)

Wendell Carter Jr
15+ Points

Wow the Dell! Was our best bet for Saturday’s games easily covering the line of 11.5 points and saluted for 20+ paying $10.

We’re going back to the dell well again here when the Magic face the Suns. Carter now averages 17.8 points from the last six since returning from injury, recording 15+ points in five of those games. Once again the 20+ points remains in play, unfortunately at a shorter price this time around at $5.30 but still a nice price for the big man.

SGM – Carter Over 13.5 Points / Durant Under 27.5 Points / Fultz Over 2.5 Rebounds = $5.25

Monday NBA Multi

Magic / Bulls / Hawks = $3.93
