I just don’t think this experiment has worked for New York. With their backs firmly against the wall, I can see Coach Thib reverting back to his faithful 5 here. Don’t get me wrong, Robinson might start, but New York are better with Josh Hart on the floor, as proven with his +/- numbers this series.
Robinson’s minutes were heavily cut between games 3 and 4, and the -20 last game doesn’t help his stocks. He hasn’t scored more than 6, he hasn’t attempted more than 4 field goals in a game this series and it doesn’t look like Indiana will play the fouling game that Boston tried, somewhat unsuccessfully.
This series is so much closer than a 3-1 suggests, with Game 1 one of the greater comebacks of recent time for Indiana. New York were well and truly in both games at home to start the series and it took an Aaron Nesmith out of body experience and then a 40 piece from Pascal Siakam to drag the Pacers over the line. New York will serve up a heavy dose of Brunson all game, if they are any chance of pushing this to 6 games.

Red hot form! A career best game and a statistical rarity for the entire league. Haliburton finished with 32 points, 12 rebounds, 15 assists and the first player to ever do it with 0 turnovers. Incredible!
Riding the hot hand here, Haliburton is controlling the game for Indiana and doing it masterfully. He has RA totals of 15 and 19 in ‘The Garden’ and obviously 27RA last game at home. The Pacers will be looking for the kill shot here, but go in as underdogs and this New York side will not just roll over.
If the Pacers shoot well, he is a chance to clear this with assists alone. 10+ Assists is only paying $1.82, so we will hope he can maintain his rebounding levels, with a 7 being the average for this series.
