The Pistons appear to have finally put it together led by Cade Cunningham, and they appear good things on their home floor against the Warriors.
Best Bet
Golden State Warriors @ Detroit Pistons (11:10am)
The Pistons enter this off no rest but they hardly broke a sweat against the Nets, with Cunningham only playing 23 minutes in a blowout win.
Detroit is ranked 9th for net rating in the NBA over the last 11 games, while the Warriors over this period are ranked 25th, with the Pistons winning five of their last six games at home including the scalps of Orlando, Minnesota and Miami.
Didn’t think I’d ever say this but the Warriors miss Kuminga! Their offensive options have dried up since he got injured, failing to score 100 points in the last two games where they’ve been smashed by Sacramento and a Jimmy Butler-less Miami coming off no rest with huge OT minutes from their starters the night prior.
Curry questionable – if he misses this line becomes -7.5 before the tip, and even if he plays I expect Detroit to cover -2.5 at home.
SGM – Pistons -2.5 / Cunningham Under 6.5 Rebounds / Curry Under 10.5 RA = $5.00

Houston Rockets @ Memphis Grizzlies (12:10pm)
This bloke is incredible and shaping up as the second-best player in the Wemby draft. Amen Thompson can play anywhere from point guard to power forward, and with Jabari Smith Jr injured for a while we’re going to see plenty of Amen for Houston.
In his last two games as a starter since returning from suspension, Thompson has posted ridiculous stat-lines especially on the glass, where he had 16 rebounds against the Lakers and backed it up with 15 rebounds against the Wizards.
Thompson has recorded 10+ rebounds in his last five starts this season, and from those five games where he’s played 32+ minutes he’s covered 10.5 rebounds on all four occasions. The Jabari absence is great for his rebounding numbers, as Brooks and Green are not big rebounders so hopefully we see these monster rebounding games continue.
SGM – Green Over 23.5 Points / Brooks 10+ Points / Thompson Over 10.5 Rebounds = $4.00
Value Bet
Miami Heat @ Utah Jazz (1:10pm)
Played well against the Hawks before going down in a hail mary heave by Trae Young, while their two games prior were great road wins against the Magic and a 36-point drubbing of the Heat, and they’ll face Miami again – this time in Utah.
We know Will Hardy is a quality coach (with a building roster) and Utah is actually ranked 12th in the NBA for net rating over the last ten games – Miami in comparison over the same period is ranked 20th.
The Heat smashed the Warriors last start which is why we see them at this price, but it must be noted that Golden State is playing bottom-six basketball in the NBA at the moment. Although Utah will be without a few key players including Keyonte George, Utah is actually significantly better per net rating when George is off the floor.
SGM – Jazz +5.5 / Juzang Over 8.5 Points / Kessler 10+ Rebounds = $3.75
