Not the hero I expected, but maybe the hero Detroit needed. Harris has played heavy minutes in the first two games and made the most of his opportunities in both games. Game 1 he shot really well and if New York allow him to shoot uncontested threes, we are laughing.
Harris finished the season only averaging 19PR per game, but that’s based on the 31-minute average game time. Both playoff games in Madison Square, he exceeded 40 minutes.
I’m hoping Harris does most of this damage in points alone, but we saw in Game 2 that he can put up huge rebound numbers as insurance, with a 13 rebound effort.

Denver Nuggets @ L.A Clippers (12:00pm)
First playoff game in the Intuit Dome, the Clippers newly built stadium. They built this stadium with playoff games in mind, and we get our first look at “the wall” in full volume.
Aaron Gordon has averaged 19.5 points and 7 rebounds in the series so far. With Michael Porter Jnr injuring his shoulder, we could see even more of Gordon. Denver are a lot try to and stop defensively and to the Clippers credit, they have done really well across two games. With their hands full stopping Jokic/Murray pick and rolls, AG can sometimes find himself forgotten about.
This series was tough to split and Game 1 and 2 have not disappointed. If Denver are to regain advantage in this series, they must get a big game out of Gordon.

If Memphis are going to throw a punch this series, it has to be now and it has to be early.
This OKC team is so well polished at the moment and currently are cruising through the first round. Memphis were -12 in the first quarter of Game 1 and -15 in Game 2. The grizzlies have only won one quarter this series, the games are basically over before half time.
Memphis have their personnel healthy and now they’re back at home, they have no excuse. I don’t see them going toe to toe all game but the emphasis will be on their starts and getting beaten without giving themselves a chance. Look for Ja and Bane to get going early.
