On paper, the Nuggets and Wolves series was the pick of the opening round and so far, it has lived up to expectation. Can the Wolves defend home court and capitalise on their mile high win?

Denver Nuggets @ Minnesota Timberwolves (11:40am)
Murray has been Denver’s highest scoring player so far, in both games. He has averaged twenty-three shot attempts per game and had a 30 piece in both games.
Looks super determined this series and so far, he has been up for the challenge of taking the Nuggets clutch shots. When they have had broken plays or the game is close and everyone is tense, it’s been Murray who has come to the ball, not shying away from the opportunity.
Murray missed all 8 of his outside shots and still finished with 30 points last start. He is averaging 43PRA in our two-game sample size.

New York Knicks @ Atlanta Hawks (9:10am)
Has he got another gear that he goes to for playoffs? A season average of 12.2RA, he has had 19RA in both game one and two, this series.
Rebounding like a seven-footer, he has 27 rebounds across both games. That can only be put down to effort. Has had 19 rebound chances in both games and is making the most of his chances. Most of his rebounds have come between 3 and 10 feet from the ring.
The Knicks have won the rebound count in both games and if they want to get the series back on home court advantage, they will need to outrebound Atlanta on their floor.
Value Bet
Cleveland Cavaliers @ Toronto Raptors (10:10am)
Strus had a massive playoff opener, dropping 24 big ones. The second game was a crash back to earth but the positive was, the game time was still there.
I would not be surprised to see even less of the double big lineup that the Cavs so often use, with Allen the likely centre to miss out. Toronto will be smaller and faster with Quickley likely back in this game and the Cavs can’t afford to be caught flat footed.
Strus and Merrill play a very similar role, so we need Strus to strike first and hopefully he sees a few go down, to boost his confidence from last game.
