A couple of these playoff series just got interesting with some crucial injuries to key players giving the likes of Chicago and New Orleans hope to pinch a playoff series win.

Kyle Lowry Under 24.5 PRA ($1.83)
A slightly underwhelming season from Kyle Lowry in his first at the Heat, with an average PRA of 25.2 for the season. He’s excused for this as we expected more from Lowry in the post-season, but that’s still not the case with an average PRA of 18.5 so far this series and his usage deteriorating alongside Jimmy Butler.
In the 43 games with Butler this season, Lowry’s PRA is 23.7 – below the line of 24.5 for this Game 3 with the Hawks. But it’s the usage we’ve seen from Lowry this playoff series, recording a usage rating of 12.6 in Game 1, and 16 in Game 2 – he was at 19.3 in the nine games leading to the playoffs.
From the 17 games this season that Lowry’s usage is at 15 or less, his average PRA is 19.3 covering the 24.5 PRA line in only three of those games. Expect the usage for Miami to remain with Butler and Herro, with the Hawks making a game of this in Game 3 back at Atlanta.

Jonas Valanciunas Over 12.5 Rebounds ($1.90)
His minutes took a hit in Game 2 with just the 26 as he battled foul trouble, but Jonas Valanciunas still managed to cover the 12.5 rebounds line pulling in 13.
In Game 1 JV had a mammoth 25, and clearly gets a good look on the glass against Deandre Ayton and the Suns.
The Lithuanian averages 16.2 rebounds per game against Phoenix in six games this season, covering the 12.5 rebounds in five of those games – he fell short by 0.5 in their last regular season match-up in March.
With the Pelicans well and truly in this series off the back of the injury to Devin Booker, expect JV’s minutes to jump back up to 30 assuming he can stay out of foul trouble easily covering his rebound line.

Alex Caruso 6+ Assists ($3.00)
Although he only averages 4.1 assists from 43 games this season, Alex Caruso will be playing huge minutes in Game 3 against the Bucks and has another opportunity for a big assist game.
In Chicago’s Game 2 win Caruso recorded a season-high 10 assists, meaning that from his last 11 games he averages 5.3 assists and has recorded 6+ in six of those games.
Per 36 minutes across the season Caruso’s assist average jumps to 5.2, and from nine games this season where he’s played 33+ minutes he averages 5.9 assists recording 6+ in five of them, including four of the last five games.
With Middleton out of the series, Caruso’s role because even more vitally important to this Bulls team defending Jrue Holiday. Expect big minutes at the point, and a big assist game with the scoring coming from DeRozan, LaVine and Vucevic.
