The Warriors squared the ledger with convinction in Game 2, but heading to Boston for Game 3 should see the Celtics regain control of this series.

The Celtics did what they needed to do on the road this series taking a game from the Warriors, setting them up for two huge home games which can build their championship run.
Ignore the Game 2 drubbing – if the results from Game 1 and 2 were around the other way, we would see Boston’s Game 3 odds significantly shorter than the $1.65 on offer.
Still some concerns surrounding Klay Thompson’s performances so far this NBA Finals, and there’s no doubt Ime Udoka didn’t want to show his defensive hand for Steph Curry in Game 2 knowing they’ll be returning home for more winnable games ahead.
Similar to Game 1 in the Miami series, it only took one quarter of basketball for the Celtics to get blown out when the Warriors went 35-14 in the third. Don’t expect this again on their home floor, with the Celtics in the box seat.
Value Bet
Very low assist line for Andrew Wiggins in relation to the odds we’re getting for this above $2.
By no means is Wiggins a big assist generator across his career, but a confident Wiggins this post-season has become more of a playmaker than what we’ve previously seen and has produced consistent assist numbers.
Averaged 2.3 assists from his last 7 games, Wiggins has produced 2+ assists in five of the last 7 games including producing 2 in Game 2 against the Celtics.
Wiggins averages 2.3 assists per 36 minutes this entire season, and based on what we’ve seen this post-season we should expect minutes anywhere north of 36 in Game 3.

Forget what happened in Game 2 – the Celtics are returning home for Game 3 with a huge opportunity to set themselves up for a championship run.
Derrick White continues to score for the Celtics, now scoring 10+ in five of his last six games including averaging 16.5 points per game this series.
We get some value with Marcus Smart’s assist line for Game 3 with his output down since returning from injury. But in wins this post-season, Smart averages 7.1 assists per game and has produced 5 in two of his last three games including Game 2.
