Best Bet
Like to look for teams that have at least one prospective major winner and this team has two. Theegala has been in elite form with a 2nd at the RBC Heritage while Zalatoris has such a great major record. Need to go low here and these two can do just that with Theegala Top 10 in Strokes Gained: Putting.
Mid-Tier Bet
Tom Hoge is sneakily playing tremendous golf with six Top 20s in his last nine starts. Ranks 6th in Birdie or Better – best of anyone in the field – and that is the key stat this week. Maverick McNealy had a Top 10 at the Players so has a big tournament in him. Huge price.
Value Bet
No player enjoys TPC Louisiana more than Billy Ho and he enters with a career resurrecting win in the Corales Puntacana last week. He has won here twice and finished second two years back. He is up to 15th in Strokes Gained: Putting while he ranks 8th in GIR. Can carry this team a long way.
Longshot Bet
Andrew Putnam is a top class player who usually slips under the radar. He made the knockout stages at the last Match Play in Austin and ranks Top 20 in GIR and Scrambling. Can make a run.
