A prolific winner on the Korean Tour, Hyo Joo Kim won The Evian at her major debut in 2014 and while she has not won a major since she has had eight further Top 10s in the majors including a T-8 in The Chevron earlier this year. Jennifer Kupcho is an elite iron player and playing in career best form after her maiden LPGA Tour win in the ANA Inspiration she has to be considered a contender. Kupcho ranks 4th in GIR while she ranks 8th in sub-par holes and 14th in Driving Accuracy. She has three Top 30 finishes in five US Opens so the hard set-up is to her advantage.
Longshot Bet
Scot in sound enough form with four Top 40 finishes in her last five starts. She is accurate from the tee ranking 12th in Driving Accuracy while she is excellent with her short game ranking 5th in Strokes Gained: Around The Green.
