The DP World Tour’s Middle Eastern Swing ends this week in Qatar with Doha hosting the Qatar Masters with Laurie Canter primed to make it back-to-back Wins.

Back-to-back Wins are hard to achieve but Laurie Canter has such a class edge on this field that he deserve to be bet as favourite even after winning in Bahrain. He has now won twice since June last year with seven other Top 25 finishes. Ranks 9th in Bogey Avoidance and 15th in Scrambling. Finished Top 25 at the last two Open Championships and the 2023 Alfred Dunhill Links.
Mid-Tier Bet
Ranks 4th in Birdies and 8th in Par 5 Scoring. Finished T-19 in last year’s Alfred Dunhill Links. Playing well with five Top 20 finishes in his last nine starts. Two Top 16 finishes here from six starts.
Value Bet
Underrated player who has finished in the Top 10 five times on the PGA Tour. Back on the DP World Tour now and led into the final round in Bahrain before finishing T-8. Ranks 5th in Birdies and 5th in Par 5 Scoring.
Longshot Bet
Veteran who profiles superbly again this week. Ranks 4th in Scrambling, 7th in Bogey Avoidance, 11th in Par 5 Scoring and 14th in Birdies. Finished 2nd at the Alfred Dunhill Links in 2023. Inconsistent but was runner-up at Ras Al Khaimah two weeks back.
