Mid-Tier Bet
Few players fit the profile of success here better than Sebastian Soderberg. He ranks 3rd in Strokes Gained: Approach, 8th in Birdies, 11th in Scrambling and 14th in Bogey Avoidance. Posted Top 15 finishes in the 2023 Alfred Dunhill Links and 2022 Portugese Masters, two key guides.
Value Bet
Distance off the tee is critical in Doha and Penge ticks that box. He ranks 2nd in Driving Distance this season as well as 4th in Par 5 Scoring. Debuts here but has two Top 12s in his last five starts.
Longshot Bet
Scrambling and a deft short game is probably the most important factor here and Ramsay has that. The Scot ranks 4th on Scrambling and 8th in Bogey Avoidance. Does not have an imposing record here but this is a course that should suit.
