Already established as the best event on the LIV circuit, LIV Adelaide will be played out over three days with not a single ticket still available as some of the best on the planet duke it out.
Best Bet
Joaquin Niemann is unquestionably a Top 10 player in the world. He has three wins to his name since December last year, including two of the first three LIV events, while he finished Top 9 in the two since before a T-22 in Augusta. Ranks 2nd in Birdie or Better, 2nd in Missed Fairway Scoring, 3rd in GIR Birdie Conversion, 3rd in Strokes Gained: Inside 150 and 4th in GIR. Should be favourite.
Mid-Tier Bet
Veteran who is a quality putter that can show up here. Ranks 2nd in Putting Average, 2nd in GIR Birdie Conversion and 5th in Birdie or Better. Finished Top 8 in six of his last eight starts with two DP World Tour wins. Finished T-11 here last year so course does suit.
Value Bet
Big hitter who has won three times since November and comes off a victory in Miami. Ranks 3rd in Par 5 Scoring and 4th in Missed Fairway Scoring. Ranked 46th by Data Golf and in career best form. Looks a big price.
Longshot Bet
We are sticking with Munoz, who has not done a lot of late even though he consistently pops up in the stats. Ranks 4th in Birdie or Better and GIR Birdie Conversion so if he get minimise the bogeys he can contend this week.
