Adam Scott makes his first trip to Bermuda and the Masters winner should be adding another PGA Tour win to his resume if he is anywhere near his best. The course looks to suit with Scott ranking 16th in both Birdie or Better and Strokes Gained: Putting. Finished T-7 in the hot BMW PGA Championship three starts back so game is strong enough.
Mid-Tier Bet
Love the look of Lucas Glover this week, whose run through the playoffs last year nearly won him an unlikely Ryder Cup start. Ranks 6th in Scrambling, 10th in GIR, 12th in Ball Striking and 15th in Strokes Gained: Approach, so has the game. Finished Top 5 in three of his last six with two wins.
Value Bet
We are back to the well with Kevin Yu, who again profiles strongly statistically. Ranks 2nd in GIR, 2nd in Ball Striking and 13th in Birdie or Better. Finished 3rd here at his only start. Missed five of his last six cuts but does have a T-6 since returning from injury in June.
Longshot Bet
Garnett has played Port Royal twice and has a T-21 there so the course is certainly of no concern. Ranks 17th in GIR and came home 8th in the Corrales this year, the key guide. Form has been scattered of late but has ability and is a big price.
