Switzerland v Cameroon
Best Bet
Cameroon come in to this clash on a four-game winless run and will be very keen to end that streak. World Cup history is also against them with seven straight losses at the tournament.
They may replicate what Tunisia did against Denmark, try and sit in, play safe and attempt to win the game on the counter attack.
If it does open up, it will be after the main break. The previous four goals in Cameroon matches have all come after half time while five of the last seven goals in Switzerland’s fixtures have also come after the break.
Will be taking 1st Half Under 0.5 Goals at $2.62 as well in this fixture.
Uruguay v South Korea
Best Bet
One of the most talented squad’s coming in to the tournament, Uruguay have won seven of nine matches in 2022.
The talent gap between them and South Korea is sizeable and should see them cover this spread considering their attacking prowess.
Over Uruguay’s last four wins, their average winning margin is three goals against teams of a similar quality or better than South Korea.
Uruguay to cover and a play at Real Madrid star Federico Valverde to Score or Assist at $3.00.
Portugal v Ghana
Best Bet
After recent news of his Manchester United departure, Cristiano Ronaldo will be feeling the pressure and will want to perform on the big stage.
Teammate Bruno Fernandes is coming off five shots in Portugal’s last match vs Nigeria so the combined price for them to have three on target looks very nice considering this match could be quite high scoring.
Ghana has allowed 3+ goals on four occasions in 2022 while Portugal has scored 14 goals in their last four wins.
Portugal (-1.0) and Portugal/Portugal HT/FT double also present value at both above even money.
Brazil v Serbia
Best Bet
This should be Brazil’s highest scoring group stage fixture. Cameroon and Switzerland are much more inclined to park the bus and try desperately to salvage a low-scoring point.
The Serbians are a more confident outfit and would fancy their chances to at least give the Brazilians a run for their money.
From a goalscoring perspective, Vinicius Jr ($3.30) & Aleksandar Mitrovic ($3.50) look the best chances at their price. Mitrovic won’t see a price anywhere near that generous against the lesser sides in this group.
The over 4.5 Goals is appealing at the price of $5.40 as well if the floodgates open early enough.
Multi
Brazil / Uruguay / Portugal / Under 2.5 Goals (Switzerland vs Cameroon) – $5.89
