RR are unbeaten at this venue against GT in two meetings and won the reverse fixture earlier this season. Stick with home ground advantage.

GT lead the all-time series 6-3 and are in better shape right now. Three straight wins over CSK, PBKS and RCB with Rabada and Siraj bowling unchanged through the powerplay in each one.
