St Kilda have performed well against the Giants and look a good bet getting a two-goal start.
The Saints have covered the line in five of their last six matches against the Giants, winning four of those games.
Ross Lyon’s team have been the big surprise through four games, sitting 3-1 with impressive wins over Geelong and Port Adelaide, on top of a thumping of Richmond.
Jack Steele’s return will bolster a midfield that has been the second-best at scoring from stoppage in 2025, only behind the Suns. That could prove important on the tiny Norwood Oval, which is likely to be more of a tight, stoppage-based game.
The Giants have been a poor bet following a win lately, failing to cover in four straight from that position. Their ‘Orange Tsunami’ ball movement could also suffer from the aforementioned tight dimensions at Norwood.
It’s easy to see this one remaining close right down to the final siren, so the Saints are a bet at the line.

Both teams employ a tagger so be wary of backing the gun mids in this one. Suspect Bedford goes to Sinclair if he’s in the middle or Macrae, which should give Steele a clear run in his first game back.
