The Hawks have punished Richmond lately and this should be no different.

Hawthorn have covered in four straight against the Tigers, winning by margins of 48, 63 and 65 points in their last three meetings. Richmond’s recent record against top-eight teams is horrendous, going 0-6 against the line in 2026 and losing by an average of 70 points. Only one of those six losses has been by fewer than this line, the 46-point defeat to Melbourne last week.

The Hawks get some seriously good inclusions with Nick Watson, Josh Weddle and Josh Battle all returning, though they lose Karl Amon and Will Day. Richmond regain Short, Green and Lalor.
