The Dees have covered the number in three of their four games this season, and should be able to do so again against a disappointing Giants outfit still missing Toby Greene.
Melbourne’s defence is the stingiest in the competition, giving up an average of 61.5 points per game. Last week’s outing against the Power was their Mona Lisa, as they kept the Power to just 36 points in perfect conditions.
The reigning premiers have been less impressive offensively, but against the Giants 15th ranked defence, which concedes 91.5 points per game, they should have plenty of opportunities.
GWS are on the road for the second week in a row after not showing much last week against Fremantle. They were kept to just 54 points in perfect conditions and the loss of Brayden Preuss will not help the situation. Matt Flynn will have his work cut out against the dual threat of Max Gawn and Luke Jackson.
The Dees win this easily and continue on the road to greatness.
