The last five meetings between these sides have all gone over, and that was with Melbourne playing a far more conservative style than they are now. Under Stephen King, the Demons are playing daring, attacking football that leaves them vulnerable the other way, and their games have totalled 197 points on average through three rounds this season.

There is no better team to take advantage of that than Gold Coast. The Suns have scored 128, 131 and 125 in their first three games and are the most potent attacking side in the competition right now. They lose Christian Petracca and Bailey Humphrey for this game but regain Matt Rowell, who will slot straight back into the midfield.
