Another heartbreaking loss looms for the Suns.

The Suns have been a vastly improved outfit in 2022 but a growing injury list and their inability to close out games make the Tigers the pick.
While the Tigers will miss Dustin Martin, they gain Dion Prestia who is their most important player. Prestia is a contested footy and clearance beast – and this is an area where the Tigers otherwise are not strong.
The Suns need to dominate teams at stoppages with the Miller, Anderson, Rowell troika – and this is less likely with Prestia in the opposing side.
Gold Coast has also lost talent at both ends of the ground this week. Izak Rankine is in the covid protocols, and he has been in red hot form of late.
They have also lost defenders Connor Budarick and Oleg Markov – not big names, but important pieces who will be hard to replace, especially Markov who provides elite run and carry.
Richmond on the other hand are in red hot form. Their only loss in the last month was by two points to Geelong and had Prestia not been concussed early in the game the result would have been different. Their intercept game and ability to convert inside forward 50 is elite.
There is much to like about the Suns, but the bet here has to be the Tigers.

With Markov and Budarick out kick in duties for the Suns will likely rest with Jack Bowes. He is terrific value for 20 plus.
Value Bet
Keen to play Bowes for the higher number, if the Tigers have an inaccurate day in front of goal this could be well within his grasp and his time on ground will only go up with the Suns defensive stocks depleted.
