The under looks the bet here, with Richmond’s scoring drying up completely in recent weeks.
The Tigers have scored more than 60 points just once in their last eight games, and that was against last-placed West Coast. Outside of that outing, they’re averaging just 47 points across the other seven.
Only 6 of Richmond’s 19 games have gone over this season, and four of those were driven by their opponents piling on big totals – Adelaide scored 122, the Bulldogs 135, Port Adelaide 140, and the Saints 135 back in Round 3.
If Richmond are again held to under 60, can St Kilda reach 100 to push the total over? Recent form suggests it’s unlikely. The Saints have only cracked triple figures once this season – in that Round 3 clash with the Tigers. They’re averaging 80 points per game in 2025, and 87 against bottom-ten sides.
With eight of Richmond’s last nine games at the MCG going under, expect another low-scoring affair here.
Same Game Multi
Wanganeen-Milera is averaging 34.6 touches over the last five weeks and Richmond don’t tag.
Jacob Hopper has had 25+ in five straight, while Sam Banks has had 20+ in eight of ten – and 18 and 19 in the two other games.
Value Bet
Nas had 43 against the Hawks five weeks ago and has had 36, 34 and 36 in his last three. A 40+ game looks very, very close.
